A wine with concentrated aromas and flavors of red and blackberries, blueberries, espresso and licorice. A dense structure, fruit tanins and supporting acidity.
Grapes from different vineyards were each harvested at the optimum time. Each vineyard’s fruit was fermented separately, pressed, then blended. The blended wine was aged for 12 months in French and Hungarian 300 L barrels. Then raked, filtered and bottled.
