To create Dawn we partnered with Hank Winery, who uses the traditional heated storage technique (estufagem) to make a beautiful estate Madeira on the gulf of Texas.
Dawn is finished exclusively in second use refill Haak ex-Mareira casks. Singular and bright, expressive and juicy with notes of citrus peel, varnish, and white blossoms.
