Another phenomenal collaboration between Islay’s Bowmore distillery and Aston Martin, it’s the incredible 22 Year Old released for the Masters’ Selection. It’s a blend of whisky matured in American oak ex-bourbon hogsheads and European oak sherry butts, utilising whisky distilled in both 1997 and 2000 respectively, and finished in Tawny Port casks. The collaboration between master blender Ron Welsh and Aston Martin chief creative officer Marek Reichman has yielded great results once again, inspired by the common values of heritage and innovation that the two brands share.
