Sourced from two of California’s best regions for Chardonnay: Monterey County and Sonoma County. The warm temperatures and cooling ocean breezes of Monterey County bring tropical fruit flavors to the wine that complement the natural acidity and crisp character of grapes from Sonoma County. The subtle influences of French and Hungarian oak, coupled with a small percentage of malolactic fermentation adds a creamy toastiness to the wine.
Winemakers Notes
The Chardonnay is fruity and rich with aromas of Asian apple-pear, white chocolate, nutmeg, lemon cream and subtle hints of honeysuckle and toasty oak on the palate. These flavors are complemented by a rich and refreshing finish.
