Sitting by a fire, surrounded by the beautiful Hudson Valley nature, sipping the first black tea to exist. Our smoky rye combines the sweet & spicy qualities of a superb two-year-old rye whiskey with delicate smoky Lapsang Souchong tea from the Wuyi Mountains. The tea is selected by renowned Hudson Valley tea specialist Harney & Sons and is steeped in the rye for 30 minutes allowing for the delicate tea and smoke flavors to infuse into rye whiskey.
MF Blackberry Gin is sourced right from Hilarie’s own garden where she grows sweet & juicy blackberries. We start with The Vale Fox Distillery’s dry gin 1651 as a floral and bright base and then steep blackberries in the gin for 24 hours. The resulting flavor is fresh and bright with a balanced sweetness and a gorgeous natural magenta color.
