COLOUR: Untouched authentic pale gold
NOSE: Immediately some intense hints of peat smoke nicely kicking in. Something both vegetal, saline and woody like a bonfire going out slowly on a beach.
PALATE: The mouth bring us in a Mediterranean landscape next to the pool with a plate of Parma ham, a fresh carpaccio with a drizzle of freshly picked lemon. Be careful to watch out the barbecue it is smoking hard.
FINALE: Rich and mellow. Marked by sweet toasted barley and an ashy aftertaste.
