Since 1887, the production of Clément rum has been carried out according to the traditions and time-honored methods inherited from Homère and Charles Clément. Canne Bleue is a single varietal Rhum Agricole, made only from blue cane, a varietal originally brought to Martinique from Barbados and known for its sweet, floral aromatics. It was the first single varietal AOC Martinique Rhum Agricole and each year’s vintage is proudly celebrated each fall throughout Martinique.
There’s no better Rhum Agricole for a Ti’Punch, the iconic Martinique cocktail of rhum, lime, and sugar. If you like a good martini, try subbing out gin for Canne Bleue – you won’t be disappointed!
