This whisky is the first unpeated single malt produced in Rozelieures. This cuvee has been aged in old Bourbon and Cognac casks as well as in new casks. This novelty preserves more than ever the fatness in the mouth, which has become a signature of the family business. This whisky is distinguished by its subtle and floral aromas.

Nose: Very greedy with floral notes of honey, fruit (pear, white grape) and quince jam.
Palate: Very fat, with vanilla notes. The ripe fruits come next on almost candied notes.
Finish: Medium bodied and very tasty with melted cereals and sweet spices.
