Distilled in Sonoma County from 60% Corn, 30% Rye, and 10% Barley. Straight Bourbon Whiskey stored in 53 gallon new American Oak barrels. Aged at least 4 years.

Palate: Chicory, brown butter, and treacle
Finish: Roasted savory cooking spices
