In 1985, our Master Distiller set aside a small reserve selected from the distillery’s finest brandies – only three Limousin oak barrels, kept in the ageing cellar known as “El Mamut” (The Mammoth), due to its age and size. This collector’s brandy is the result of selecting Parellada grape distillates and ageing them for more than 30 years. A special edition for the most demanding palates.
The number on the Reserva del Mamut label, which is finished in 22-carat gold, is hand-written by our Master Distiller.
The finest rancio aroma. Elegant floral notes. Nuances of herbs and species. Very old, supple and unctuous brandy. Impressively long and balanced in the mouth. Oak tannins on the palate.
